Digital Performance Manager – Google Media (DV360 / YouTube / Apps / PMax)*
Join the BAWAG Digital Growth Team. BAWAG Group is scaling an in‑house performance marketing POD and expanding beyond classic search to unlock growth across Google’s broader media surfaces.
What you’ll do
* Own multi‑market Google media activation (hands‑on). Plan, launch, and optimise DV360, YouTube Ads, App Campaigns, and PMax/Demand Gen across AT, DE, NL, IE, and US; configure geo and product splits to match economics.
* Design a full‑funnel strategy, structuring programmes across awareness, consideration, and action. Work on a measurement kit to show the impact of awareness with branded search, brand lift/search lift studies and direct conversions.
* Partner with attribution engineers to ensure the right signals (install, register, approve, fund, activate) are captured, validated and fed into Google platforms & BI to close the loop for optimisation & attribution.
* Collaborate with Technology to set up Firebase events that give App Campaigns conversion signals beyond installs; evaluate when to extend to an MMP (AppsFlyer / Adjust) as scale grows.
* Use goal‑based automation to extend reach across YouTube, Display, Discover, Gmail & more, feeding high‑quality conversion signals to guide allocation. Adjust campaigns as needed to meet performance KPIs.
* Apply sensible exclusions & frequency controls; coordinate with the creative team for asset fit.
* Run geo or audience tests; read branded search lift & downstream funded impact.
* Collaborate with Paid Social, SEO, SEA, Website, Technology, Product/Sales, Analytics & attribution teams.
What you bring
* 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 2 years hands‑on DV360 & YouTube Ads experience driving acquisition/value (not just agency oversight).
* Record improving qualified applications, approvals or funded outcomes in multi‑market or regulated environments (financial services/ fintech / credit / investing / insurance or similar).
* Knowledge of Google App Campaigns; eager to build Firebase event schema and leverage in‑app signal optimisation.
* Familiar with Performance Max / Demand Gen and how to guide automation with meaningful goals.
* Comfortable with conversion tagging via Google Tag Manager, offline conversion imports & troubleshooting signal gaps.
* Analytical with advanced Excel; SQL/BI helpful.
* Fluency in English; German a plus.
