In this role, you will manage project resources, oversee designs and reports, control costs and invoices, mentor junior staff, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. This is a chance to grow within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
Your Responsibilities Include:
1. Managing large or complex projects, monitoring progress and expenditure.
2. Supporting business development and bid processes.
3. Preparing and reviewing designs and reports.
4. Conducting surveys following company procedures.
5. Representing the firm at meetings and presentations.
6. Monitoring project timelines and resources.
7. Mentoring junior staff and supporting their technical growth.
About You:
* Knowledge of building principles, plans, and specifications.
* Experience with JCT and NEC3 contracts.
* Proven experience in a Building Surveying role.
* Ability to monitor project progress and draft technical documents.
* RICS Chartered status is preferred.
