Our client in the Eastwood area of Nottingham is looking for a driver’s mate to assist the driver with the delivery of kegs, barrels and cases of beverages to public houses across the Midlands.
Responsibilities
* Assist the driver with the delivery of kegs, barrels and cases of beverages to public houses across the Midlands.
* Manual handling of loads and dealing with paperwork at delivery points.
Requirements
* Warehouse background preferred; distribution experience advantageous but not essential.
* You must be comfortable with heavy lifting.
* You will have to have your own transport or be local due to early morning starts.
Working pattern
Long term ongoing. You will be working from Monday to Friday, starting around 04:00/05:00 and finishing around 13:00/14:00. There may be times you finish later when the work is done, but you will always be paid for a minimum of 9 hours.
Compensation
The rate of pay will be £12.21 per hour plus 28 days holiday per year pro rata.
