At Hafod, we’re not just about strategy for the sake of it – everything we do is driven by our mission: creating positive change for our colleagues and the communities we support. We believe in teamwork, collaboration, and building a better future together.
We’ve shaped our work around three big commitments: Getting the basics right, Connecting with you, and Investing for a better future. As a Resourcing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering on these commitments by ensuring every new colleague has a smooth, welcoming, and compliant onboarding experience.
We're looking for a people focussed, proactive resourcing assistant to join our team on a full time basis supporting the heart of our recruitment and onboarding processes. We work hard to support our Housing, Care and Support services across south Wales and there may be requirements to travel to our service sites for interview and recruitment sessions dependent on business needs. We offer hybrid working for this role, (mix home and office working), but we will require the succesful candidate to attend our central office for team working days, currently Thursday each week.
