About the Role:
You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our team. Our Helpline Advisers are hardworking individuals, who are committed and accountable team players striving to deliver an exceptional service, have a “can-do” attitude and will go to any lengths to ensure our clients receive excellent customer service at all times. We are now looking for a new team member in our Crewe office. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Providing empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
2. Problem solving equipment queries using our NHS approved algorithm.
3. Processing Home Oxygen Order Forms through our NHS approved Desk Based Risk Assessment.
4. Taking calls from patients and health care professionals and dealing with all enquiries in a positive and professional manner.
About You:

5. Self-motivated behaviour with excellent timekeeping, time management and organisational skills.
6. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

9. Ability to maximise potential within self and others.
10. Ability to maintain a professional attitude and adhere to the company values at all times.
