Salary: £30,000
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Travel: 2 days per month to Dumfries & Galloway

THE ROLE
Reporting into a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key part in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns and product launches across two key brands in the group. The role blends strategic input with hands-on delivery—offering real variety and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
* Support product launches and new brand activity
* Create engaging content and support direct-to-consumer communications
* Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
* Manage packaging sign-off and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing key insights
* Help build brand engagement through social media and promotional activity
YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
I'm looking for a proactive and hands-on marketer with strong digital awareness and an appetite for learning in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll Bring:
* Around 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG or a related sector
* Solid understanding of digital channels, including social media and content management
* Experience supporting the launch of new products or campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced environment
* Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
* Excellent communication and project coordination skills
* A marketing degree or professional qualification (desirable)
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
* A full UK driving licence is essential
