Football Performance Analyst
About the Role
The Henley College is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Football Performance Analyst to join our Football Programme. You will support the Head Coach and Programme Manager by delivering performance analysis services including filming, coding, and tactical insights to enhance player and team development.
This role involves pitch-side work during training and fixtures (including national travel), data analysis, and administrative support, contributing to a high-performance football environment.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited for someone eager to drive athletic development in an educational and competitive setting, thrive in a team environment, and be committed to high performance in education and sport.
What We’re Looking For
We seek someone with a strong clinical knowledge base and a positive, student-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have:
* A Sports Analyst Degree
* Proven experience with video capture and performance analysis software (e.g., Hudl, Veo)
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships with students, parents, coaches, and stakeholders
* A flexible, adaptable, and professional attitude within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
* A full driving license and willingness to complete minibus training (if not already qualified)
* Experience supporting student athletes in college settings
* Experience working in high-level football environments

Details
Salary: £24.76 per hour
Hours: 10 hours/week during training and fixtures, with additional hours as needed
Contract: Part-time, Fixed-term (from 4th August 2025 to 5th June 2026; earlier start possible)
