Are you a seasoned Agile Delivery Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, global retail brand? We're looking for an experienced leader to drive delivery excellence, scale agile practices, and help shape a best-in-class delivery function within our growing digital technology team.
The Opportunity As an Agile Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing complex digital development and integration projects across a diverse brand portfolio. You'll partner closely with Engineering and Product teams, guiding squads to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with business goals and delight customers.
This is a unique chance to influence how delivery works at scale, embed agile practices tailored to our environment, and champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
* Lead Delivery Excellence:
Own delivery reporting, cross-team planning, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
* Coach & Mentor:
Provide hands-on guidance to squad leads and delivery teams, building capability and fostering high performance.
* Drive Agile Adoption:
Champion pragmatic agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), adapting approaches to suit a dynamic, fast-moving organisation.
* Governance & Quality:
Ensure delivery governance is in place, and outcomes meet high standards of quality and alignment with business needs.
* Shape the Future:
Help design and scale a repeatable, best-in-class delivery function that supports continued growth across the brand portfolio.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years' experience in Agile Delivery Management, with a proven track record of successful delivery across digital projects and multiple teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse groups and keep delivery on track.
* Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery lifecycle processes.
* Technical awareness of modern engineering practices (architecture, CI/CD, test automation).
* Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with delivery tools such as JIRA, ADO, Trello, MS Project, Miro, or Mural.
Desirable:
* Experience within eCommerce or Retail environments.
* Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, ACSM).
* Knowledge of Agile scaling methodologies.
* Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP).
