Imperial Search is recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant on behalf of a reputable housebuilder. You will manage the full sales process for new build homes, from first enquiry through to reservation and handover, delivering outstanding customer service and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a client‑facing, target‑driven role ideal for an energetic, commercially minded sales professional with new homes experience.
Key responsibilities
* Manage sales pipeline from initial enquiry to reservation, ensuring accurate records in the CRM.
* Deliver high‑quality viewings and presentations of showhomes and plots, tailoring the experience to each buyer.
* Negotiate offers and secure reservations while protecting the developer’s commercial position.
* Provide market and product knowledge to customers, including specification, incentives, and legal process.
* Liaise with internal teams (sales support, marketing, legal, customer care) to ensure smooth handovers and excellent customer experience.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to local marketing and events.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, FCA rules (if applicable), and relevant consumer protection legislation
