The Best Connection is recruiting for flexible weekend HGV Driver(s) (LGV) Cat C+E (Class 1) to work for DHL at East Midlands Airport.
Pay Rates for a Class 1 HGV Driver(s)
- Monday to Friday 08:00-19:00: £19.63 per hour
- Monday to Friday 19:00-08:00: £22.43 per hour
- Saturday 08:00-19:00: £20.85 per hour
- Saturday 19:00-08:00: £23.65 per hour
- Sunday 08:00-19:00: £21.90 per hour
- Sunday 19:00-08:00: £24.70 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hrs: £29.45 per hour
- Night Out (usually spent in a DHL compound): £18.50 per hour
Class 1 HGV Driver(s) Requirements
- Valid C+E licence
- Valid CPC & Digi Card
- Ability to do various start times
Requirements Prior to Employment
- No minimum number of years' experience; must pass assessment
- 5‑year work history (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)
- DBS check will be done during vetting
- Current C/O Aviation Security Certificate (Level D) – can be done during vetting
