Your new role
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting colleagues, clients, and providers via phone, email, and written communication
Preparing standard documentation and opening new client files
Maintaining accurate client records and updating systems
Conducting research on financial products and funds
Performing compliance checks and assisting with policy updates
Supporting financial record-keeping and data entry using SAGE
Assisting Directors with ad hoc tasks and projectsProfessional Development:You'll be enroled in the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, a structured programme of 6 modules typically completed over 2-3 years. All study materials and exam fees are fully funded.
What you'll need to succeed
What We're Looking For:
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
