We’re looking for a proactive and organised Client Services Executive to join a leading London-based apparel design business supporting high-profile clients across global brands and events.
This role is ideal for someone with 6–12 months’ office administration or customer service experience who is now looking to develop a long-term career in client services, fashion, apparel, or account support.

The Role
Working closely with Account Managers, you will play a key support role in delivering bespoke apparel orders from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Client communication via phone and email
* Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinating bespoke garments (embroidery, tagging, customisation)
* Stock control, logistics, and shipment tracking
* General administrative and operational support
* Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
* 6–12 months’ office administration and customer service experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Interest in apparel, fashion, textiles, or product-based industries
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using systems and learning new software
* Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
