What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting pupils in class, either one-to-one or in small groups Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons Encouraging children to stay focused, feel confident and enjoy learning Helping to create a safe, welcoming and positive classroom environment Adapting support to meet individual learning needs and abilities About You: You have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development You’re caring, patient and enthusiastic – with a great sense of humour!
