What you’ll be doing

:
1. Provide timely, effective support by responding to user enquiries and delivering practical solutions.
2. Accurately record and track incidents and resolutions to maintain clear documentation and service transparency.
3. Manage and prioritise multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong, positive relationships with users and stakeholders.
5. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and processes that enhance service delivery.

What skills you’ll need:

6. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for clear collaboration across teams.
8. Resilience under pressure with the capacity to manage stress effectively.
9. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
10. Proficiency with Microsoft applications across multiple operating systems.
11. Collaborative teamwork mindset to partner with internal teams and external suppliers for comprehensive support.
