We are seeking Administrative Assistant to join our operations department! You will be responsible for managing customer calls and queries, maintaining databases and general administrative duties as required. Responsibilities Update and maintain digital databases Answer and direct customer calls Manage email correspondence Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments on behalf of your department Coordinate with your line manager on resolutions to service issues Communication with other departments General administrative duties as requested Key Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software. Excellent organisational skills Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
