Regional Key Account Manager – FMCG / Trade & DIY Channels
Location: Northern Ireland / Republic of Ireland – Remote flexibility with extensive travel
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Key Account Manager to grow key trade, DIY, and wholesale accounts across Northern Ireland and ROI. You’ll represent a well-known FMCG / industrial products brand in lubricants, maintenance solutions, tools, and sealants, taking ownership of your territory, influencing the market, and making a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and grow regional accounts, achieving revenue, margin, and profitability targets
* Build strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and end-users
* Open new accounts and expand market coverage
* Deliver solution-based sales presentations and support local marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure logistics and product placement
* Analyse market data to drive growth and improvement
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in trade account management, key account management, or regional sales
* Knowledge of FMCG, industrial tools, lubricants, or sealants in trade/DIY channels
* Strong consultative selling skills and commercial awareness (pricing, margins, budgets)
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across NI & ROI
