The Role
You’ll be joining a collaborative team, supporting senior asset managers across a UK retail portfolio while taking ownership of portfolio analytics and investor reporting. This role offers a mix of commercial exposure and analytical responsibility, making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience in client-side asset management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support asset management initiatives including lease restructures, redevelopment strategies, and disposals.
* Liaise with agents, tenants, and lawyers to help drive leasing activity.
* Build and refine financial models, forecasts, and performance trackers.
* Take ownership of investor reporting across multiple mandates, ensuring clarity and insight.
* Develop dashboards, templates, and reporting tools to streamline portfolio analytics.
* Contribute to board and investment committee papers.
About You
* 2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment, asset management, or reporting.
* Knowledge of the UK retail property market and investor expectations.
* Strong financial modelling and reporting skills (Excel essential; Power BI a plus).
* Excellent communicator, confident presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
