Agricultural Instructor - Countryside Management (Further Education)- £28, DOE
The Job:
A leading land based education provider is seeking a motivated and skilled Instructor in Agriculture / Countryside Management to support the delivery of practical-based teaching within Further Education programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and support practical sessions alongside lecturers, particularly in livestock and dairy management
- Demonstrate best practice in line with current health and safety procedures
- Assist with the procurement of consumables for agricultural teaching
- Coordinate and supervise students during dairy practicals in collaboration with lecturers and farm staff
The Candidate:
- Strong practical skillset and industry knowledge in agriculture or countryside management
- Relevant degree or significant experience in the agricultural sector is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
- Strong administrative skills and confidence in liaising with industry professionals and stakeholders
- Enthusiastic about inspiring the next generation of agricultural professionals
The Package:
- Salary £23, – £28, per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
