Already established across multiple European markets, the business is now strengthening its UK presence and investing in a key commercial hire to accelerate growth.
The Role
This is a field-based Area Sales Manager position with full responsibility for developing the UK market.
You Will:
* Develop a small number of existing UK & Ireland accounts
* Build new business across the territory
* Drive sales through the right commercial channels
* Position solutions upstream on industrial projects
The Impact
This is a high-impact, front-line role with real ownership of the market.
Target Customers
* Compressed air / compressor distributors
* Design offices influencing industrial projects
* Industrial installers (HVAC / technical contractors)
The role focuses on building a channel-driven and project-led pipeline, not direct end‑user selling.
Profile
* 5+ years B2B sales experience in an industrial environment
* Strong track record in new business development
* Experience working with distributors, installers or project-based sales
* Autonomous, field-driven and commercially sharp
* A network is a plus, but the ability to open doors and build activity from scratch is key

UK-based (ideal: Midlands / North)
National coverage + Ireland

* Average base salary £54,000
* Uncapped bonus (3% of invoiced revenue)
