The Governors are seeking to appoint a Welfare Assistant (Lunchtime Assistant) to work over the mid-day break, as required. They wish to appoint an enthusiastic and caring person who will join our successful team.
Previous experience of working with primary aged children would be advantageous. You must be able to demonstrate initiative and be flexible to change. You should have the ability to encourage purposeful play and encourage high standards of behaviour during lunchtimes and be willing to organise play activities during children's lunchtimes.
