Hybrid working however you do have to commute to the office at least 3 days per week We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executiveto join an award-winning, green telecoms network solution provider who have over 30 years of experience within the circular economy. The company provides Telecommunication companies globally with environmentally sound network solutions, to upgrade, maintain and extend the life of their networks. They are seeking enthusiastic, hungry, motivated candidates looking for an exciting sales role working in the Global telecoms industry. The successful applicant will receive support and guidance from the Sales Director and the Senior Account Managers to ensure you develop your career in the long term. Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities: Telephone sales role managing a portfolio via both cold calling and converting warm leads To contact both current and existing customers to build rapport to ensure they use you when making their purchasing decisions. Manage the Account alongside the Senior Account Manager on all smaller size orders. Management of sales opportunities over the phone, with a focus on managing the sales relationship, commercials etc Follow through account opportunities to close on the telephone or through face-to-face meetings, customer presentations, tender responses etc Maintain regular contact with accounts, both via written and verbal communication methods, ensuring that knowledge of the accounts within the company are up to date Updating CRM Systems and ERP System Attend events and shows when applicable Business Development Executive Requirements: Be of Graduate calibre. The ability and desire to sell. Have a willingness to learn. A confident and determined approach. Be resilient and have the ability to cope with rejection. A high degree of self-motivation and drive. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment. Excellent communication and IT skills. Hybrid working however you do have to commute to the office at least 3 days per week
