About the Client

Roles/Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, site managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with the sales team to review system designs, quotations, and project scope
* Attend pre-installation meetings, confirm specifications, and resolve site readiness issues
* Oversee installation activities, ensuring adherence to method statements and risk assessments
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely material and service delivery
* Monitor project progress through site visits, addressing issues or complaints proactively
* Deliver system operation demonstrations to clients and manage smooth handovers
* Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site, including risk assessments and incident reporting
* Supervise and mentor installation teams, contributing to recruitment and training
* Coordinate vehicle checks and material logistics to maintain efficient project delivery
* Liaise with internal departments to support cost control, invoicing, and project administration
Qualifications
* Proven experience in contracts or project management within the construction or building services sector
* Strong knowledge of underfloor heating systems (both electric and wet)
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* Confident in interpreting technical documents and conducting site assessments
* Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
