Job title: EUC / Digital Workplace Product Manager
Location: Hybrid – Manchester or Leeds

About the Role
A leading global consultancy is seeking a Product Manager specialising in End User Computing (EUC), Digital Workplace Services (DWS), and AI. This role is ideal for a strategic, technically strong professional who can shape, evolve, and deliver modern workplace strategies for enterprise clients. You will oversee product vision, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and lead technical excellence across a broad suite of digital workplace technologies—ensuring clients realise transformational value from their EUC/DWS investments.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for EUC/DWS services.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning business needs with technical capabilities.
* Lead the end‑to‑end implementation and optimisation of modern device management and digital workplace solutions.
* Provide senior‑level (fourth‑line) technical expertise for complex escalations.
* Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure world‑class delivery.
* Contribute to innovation initiatives around AI, automation, and end‑user experience optimisation.
* Produce detailed documentation, governance frameworks, and performance insights.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven product management experience within EUC/DWS‑focused environments.
* Strong understanding of client device technologies, OS platforms, and supporting architectures.
* Deep hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Application Packaging, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
* Familiarity with Azure, SQL, DevOps, Microsoft 365, and PowerApps.
* Extensive experience delivering and supporting EUC/DWS solutions at scale.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
* Experience with Microsoft Purview governance and compliance capabilities.
* Awareness of emerging AI‑driven capabilities within modern workplace ecosystems.
