Houston pharmacy is part of a small independent family run business.
We are looking to recruit a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to be part of the team.
Pharmacy experience is preferred and you should ideally have the Buttercups or NPA medicine counter assistant qualification.
You will be friendly, helpful and a strong team player. Your main responsibilities will be to help the smooth running of the busy pharmacy counter offering healthcare advice and customer service, deal with stock management and handle customers expectations.
You will be responsible for supporting the pharmacist in selling medicines and managing the front retail space. You will answer phone calls and respond to enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals. You will provide excellent customer service to patients.
Requirements:
- NPA, Buttercups or equivalent medicine counter assistant course
- personable and patient focussed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
This position requires a responsible and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively as part of a team. The counter assistant is the first point of call in the pharmacy and will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive excellent service and care.
