Their international client base includes shipowners, charterers, cargo interests, P&I Clubs and other insurers and is recommended by Legal 500 and Chambers UK Directories as a leading shipping law firm.
They offer a good variety of work, including a range of dry shipping disputes (charterparties, bills of lading, commodities, S&P disputes). They are looking for an Associate who can independently draft messages and ‘get stuck into the law’. You’ll have autonomy to run your cases with the support of the partners who will be on hand to offer advice and guidance when needed.
You can expect lots of client exposure from the outset; solicitors at every level are encouraged to travel to meet clients globally.
