We are working with a well established and growing food manufacturer who are investing significantly into their engineering function at their Wakefield site.
They are now looking to appoint an Asset Management Co-ordinator to play a key role in driving the effectiveness of their preventative maintenance strategy across a highly automated manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong engineering background to move into a more planning and reliability focused role.
The Role
As an Asset Management Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising the site's preventative maintenance system.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and scheduling maintenance activities across the site
2. Managing and improving the preventative maintenance programme
3. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the CMMS system (SAP)
4. Converting work requests into prioritised and structured work orders
5. Monitoring KPIs such as compliance, downtime, and labour utilisation
6. Ensuring materials and parts are available for planned work
