Qualified Secondary Teacher – Specialist Provision (Ages 5–16)
Are you a compassionate and adaptable qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for supporting young people?
We are looking for a dedicated Secondary Teacher to join their team full-time from September 2025.
About the Role
As a teacher in this setting, you'll deliver tailored lessons to small groups and individual learners across Key Stages 2–4. You'll be working in a calm, therapeutic environment where relationships, trust, and consistency are at the heart of learning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering personalised, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Supporting pupils’ academic, emotional, and behavioural development
* Implementing trauma-informed strategies to manage challenging behaviour
* Working closely with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers to ensure holistic support
* Monitoring progress and adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
