What you’ll be doing:
14. Preparing and painting vehicles to a high standard using the latest techniques and equipment.
15. Colour matching, blending, and finishing repairs with precision.
16. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in a modern, well-equipped spray booth.
17. Delivering consistent, quality results on time, every time.
What we’re looking for:
18. Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
19. ATA accreditation or NVQ Level 3 (desirable but not essential).
20. Excellent knowledge of automotive paint and refinishing products.
21. A sharp eye for detail and pride in producing a flawless finish.
22. A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
