All our children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are fully included in mainstream lessons, including students who are part of our designated specialist provision for children with speech language and communication difficulties, including autism.**The successful candidate will:*** provide pastoral care and education support across our academy.* monitor the welfare, behaviour and attendance of students working closely with Heads of Year and form tutors to ensure that we make a profound positive difference to all students.* support faculty leaders and class teachers in the management of student behaviour to ensure all students adhere to our high expectations at all times.* support students to build positive relationships with their peers during social time.* liaise with parents and students to ensure all understand, and support, the ethos of the academy.Our strength comes from collaboration, with an emphasis on Inclusivity, Accountability, Integrity and Ambition.
