Covering North, South, East Liverpool, City Centre and Surrounds: Anfield, Toxteth, Kensington, Edge Hill and Merseyside Areas: Crosby, Bootle, Huyton, and Prescot.
Your Duties:
* Planning and delivering engaging English lessons for KS3 and KS4.
* Marking student work and providing helpful feedback.
* Managing classroom behaviour to keep students focused and safe.
* Preparing students for their GCSE English exams.
* Following school policies to ensure every child makes progress.
* Communicating effectively with the department head and parents.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* A background in English Literature or Language.
* Experience teaching in a UK Secondary School setting.
* The ability to adapt your teaching style to suit different learner needs.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one).
