Job Title: Wellbeing Support Lead

Location: Heath Farm School, Ashford TN27 0AX

Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

Start: September 2025

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Wellbeing Support Lead to join our close-knit team at Heath Farm School.


About the role

The post holder will lead and coordinate the daily operational services provided by the Wellbeing Team. This involves actively participating in providing these resources, supporting team members in their responsibilities, and working under the guidance of the SLT.

Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Wellbeing Support Team, line managing Wellbeing Support Workers, coordinating Wellbeing Support Interventions (WSIs), and ensuring effective deployment, monitoring, and review.

The role also involves supporting the welfare, development, and behaviour of pupils, enabling access to learning, and ensuring the application of school policies, demonstrating high standards of intervention when supporting pupils.
