About Our Client
My clients on one of the largest and most successful motor retail businesses in the UK, they operate 159 franchise dealerships representing 25 manufacturer car, van, truck and bike brands across 37 counties in England and Wales.They are looking to bring on a temporary administrator in their Scunthorpe office to help with their work load over the next 2 months.
Job Description
The Administrator will be responsible for:
3. General administrative duties
4. Data input on their databases
5. helping with invoicing/ taxing when required
6. Booking deliveries and chasing fleet debt
7. Telephone/ call handling duties
8. Any ad-hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful Administrator will have:
9. Experience in similar role and relevant administrative experience
10. Sound working knowledge of Excel and databases.
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. Well organised with an eye for detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
13. Responsible, flexible, self-motivated with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service.
