About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Occupational Therapistto support individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions in a complex care rehabilitation settings. You will work across our Birmingham sites, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care focused on recovery and occupational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct holistic assessments and deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning
* Manage caseloads, risk, and documentation adhering to professional standards
* Contribute to service development, staff supervision, and education of students
Requirements:
* BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
* HCPC registration
* Experience or strong interest in mental health rehabilitation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
