About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients and the internal teams — managing briefs, hitting deadlines, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing print, large-format, and promotional merchandise campaigns
* Meeting KPIs, SLAs, and managing project timelines
* Collaborating with internal teams and clients for seamless execution
* Ensuring profitability and maintaining high standards of quality

* Experience in print production and client services
* Bonus: knowledge of promotional merchandise
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and MIS platforms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
