Position Role: Fulfil the role of OC and Director of Music for the Waterloo Band and Bugles of The RIFLES Responsibilities: Deliver musical capability to The Army, Defence and the Nation as tasked by London District and in line with Defence Aims. Act as 1RO for all SNCOs and 2RO for remainder Ensure that the sub-unit is compliant with unit and RCAM policy with regards SHEF, Delivery Risk Management, in particular hearing health. Report in to unit briefings in order to maintain engagement at Bn level along with all 7 RIFLES sub-unit commanders. Build links within the Unit and Army Engagement frameworks to ensure that music capability of considered when engaging with the public. Support 7 RIFLES in their Engagement program using music in support of the ATTRACT element. Career management of unit personnel Ensure that SP have adequate opportunity to complete their Certificate of Efficiency.
