This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to be involved across both pre-construction and delivery phases, supporting projects from initial tender through to final account.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in managing both the estimating and commercial aspects of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate tender submissions, robust cost control, and strong commercial performance across a diverse range of schemes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the commercial and pre-construction activities across specialist acoustic projects within large-scale construction environments
2. Manage the full tendering process, including pricing, bid strategy, and detailed risk appraisal for projects typically ranging from £10k to £6m
