Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Leicester
£40ph Umbrella, 3 Month Contract, Immediate start, Panama Shifts (3 on 2 off days and nights), 12-hour shifts
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance activities, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
* Prioritize and respond to electrical breakdowns to ensure continuous plant operation.
* Replace and install electrical equipment such as PLCs, isolators, contactors, and three-phase motors.
* Perform fault-finding and diagnostics on PLC control systems.
* Undertake basic mechanical tasks where required, including like-for-like replacement of components such as valves, seals, and bearings.
Required skills
* Must have NVQ LV3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
* Must have 5 years or more experience in automation.
