Citizens Advice Oxfordshire has a new opportunity for a Board and Senior Management Team Administrator.
Role Overview
You will be managed by the Chief Executive Officer and will liaise with the Board. The Administrator is central to the smooth operation of our organisation, providing meeting administration and secretariat support for board and subcommittee meetings, which are usually held online in the evenings. There are typically 4 to 6 meetings per quarter.
The role requires flexible working hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends. You will support our Trustee Board, Chief Executive Officer, and two Directors.
Essential Criteria
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong minute-taking and writing skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently after understanding the task
* Ability to handle multiple assignments while maintaining quality
* Ability to maintain confidentiality when required
* Quick learner with proficiency in Microsoft and Google products (documents, spreadsheets, cloud storage, calendars)
Additional Details
Hours: Ideally 10 hours per week, flexible to meet board needs, negotiable based on individual circumstances.
Duration: Permanent position
Salary: £8,108 – £9,189 for 10 hours/week; equivalent to £30,000 – £34,000 per annum full-time
Holidays: 31 days plus Bank Holidays (pro-rated for part-time roles)
Pension: Auto-enrolment workplace pension scheme with 5% employer contribution
Expenses: Reimbursement for reasonable travel costs; travel above home to work at £0.45 per mile
Other: Laptop, mobile phone, and essential equipment provided
