Cover Supervisor - Full Time or Ad-Hoc | Secondary Schools | Bradford

Veritas Education is working with a number of well-established secondary schools across the Bradford area, and we are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support on either a full-time basis or on flexible ad-hoc supply.
This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or experienced school support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set work to classes across a range of subjects
* Manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Support pupils in staying on task and engaging with learning
* Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding pupil progress
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (education or similar setting)
* Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management
* DBS on the Update Service - Essential (or willingness to apply)
* Flexibility to work full time or on an ad-hoc basis
