DD Products & Services Ltd is looking for a highly efficient and proactive Installation Coordinator to join our Engineering Support team in Stirling. In this role, you’ll manage multiple capital equipment installation projects, ensuring everything from site surveys to post-installation follow-ups runs smoothly. You’ll be at the centre of our operations, coordinating between customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time results. About The Role You’ll support the full equipment installation process — from quoting and planning through to delivery and aftercare — ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, resolving issues, and keeping stakeholders informed. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of equipment installation projects Raise and follow up on quotations through to sale or lead expiry Schedule and coordinate site surveys, deliveries, and installs Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations Maintain accurate project data within CRM systems Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships Provide clear project updates and strategic plans to internal stakeholders Support the invoicing process and documentation What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and project coordination abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience managing multiple priorities and solving problems efficiently Knowledge of dental, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors is a plus Previous experience in project management or coordination roles Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent (or qualified by experience) Why Join DD Products & Services Ltd?
