Senior Creative - Salary circa £50,000 - £60,000

We're looking for a Senior Creative with an advertising background - someone who gets excited about turning a spark of an idea into something people actually notice. You'll be a natural collaborator, comfortable taking the lead on projects, and confident shaping ideas that work across different channels. Copywriting is also part of the job, but your real superpower will be your creative thinking and ability to guide a project from "what if...?" to launch.
A bit about the job:
You'll be at the heart of our in-house creative team, helping to shape campaigns from the very beginning. You'll take briefs, dig into the insight, and turn it all into clear, exciting concepts.
Initially the focus of this role will be working across Aviva Investors creative output and campaigns. Aviva Investors are the investment management division of Aviva. But there will also be an opportunity to work across a product portfolio that includes car, health & life insurance as well as investments, pensions and savings.
You'll work closely with designers, art directors, strategists and marketing partners - keeping everyone aligned and the work moving in the right direction. You'll write when needed, steer when needed, and roll up your sleeves to make sure the idea lands as strongly as it should.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Proven advertising experience (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio showcasing original, multi-channel campaign ideas.
* Creative thinker who transforms strategy into fresh, simple concepts and drives ideation.
* Leadership in creative projects, inspiring teams and delivering clear, constructive feedback.
* Excellent copywriting skills for headlines, scripts, and messaging, while keeping ideation as the main focus.
* Confident communicator, able to present ideas and guide stakeholders through the creative process; B2B experience is a plus.

* Salary circa £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
