About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted gatekeeper and coordinator for the Senior Principal Partners, ensuring their time and priorities are managed effectively. You’ll handle everything from complex diary management and travel coordination to preparing legal documents, reports, and presentations.
With responsibility for client liaison, meeting organisation, and confidential communications, this role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Senior Principal Partners.
• Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements.
• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, reports, and presentations.
• Prioritise and manage email inboxes, drafting responses where required.
• Support client relationship management by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining records.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders on behalf of the Partners with discretion and professionalism.
• Organise internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, briefing packs, and minutes.
• Assist with business development, including events, networking, and client presentations.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or Senior Administrator (professional services or legal sector desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence liaising at senior levels.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Experience with case management and producing insightful reports is highly desirable.
