Mental Health Recovery Worker – 9‑Month Maternity Cover Starting April
£19114.36 per annum (Basic Salary) plus £853.32 per annum (Recruitment and Retention Allowance)
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. Your work will help people engage with the service, achieve their goals, and live the life they aspire to.

This is a full‑time, 9‑month maternity cover position starting in April, supporting adults (18+) with severe mental health challenges.

* Work across supported living in Norwich (NR2) and with community clients across North Norfolk

Key Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
* Provide individual key work sessions and targeted, recovery‑focused interventions
* Use person‑centred planning to help individuals exercise choice and control
* Work collaboratively to develop and review assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans
* Champion independence, wellbeing, and empowerment at every step
