Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Wiltshire Salary: £35,000–£40,000 Service Charge Contract: Full-time, Permanent Live-in Available: No Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at a bold, modern country house hotel in Wiltshire. Recently transformed with vibrant interiors, a new kitchen garden restaurant, and playful guest experiences, this is a venue on an exciting journey — and you’ll be a key part of it. You’ll take ownership of the full restaurant operation, working closely with senior management and the Exec Chef to ensure consistently high standards across multiple F&B outlets — including restaurant, conservatory, domes, room service, and events.
