The successful candidate will support our colleagues throughout the midlands so the ideal candidate will be based around the Leicester or Nottingham area with regional travel expected and occasion travel to our head office in Widnes as and when required. Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Day to Day (list not exhaustive see attached job description)
7. Create and deliver engaging learning interventions across Mandatory and Specialist subjects using a variety of formats.
8. Support the full learning cycle — from needs analysis to evaluation — ensuring interventions are targeted and effective.
9. Use data insights to drive compliance and tailor learning to regional needs.
10. Collaborate with regional leaders and the wider community to ensure relevance and impact.
11. Champion digital learning through our new Learning Management System.
12. Mentor and support a network of regional facilitators.
13. Lead on specialist topics, ensuring consistency and excellence across all regions.
14. Contribute to organisation-wide projects that support colleague development.

Your values:

Our ideal Candidate Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential:
15. Health & Social Care S/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
16. Significant experience in the health and/or care sector
17. Strong ICT and digital skills
18. Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal abilities
19. Full driving licence and access to transport
20. Deep understanding of adult learning theory and social care standards

Desirable:
21. Recognised teaching qualification (Level 4 AET, PTLLS, etc.)
22. Technical ‘train the trainer’ certificates
23. Assessor awards (TAQA, CAVA, etc.)
24. Experience in older people’s services or supported living
25. E-learning design experience
