The Role

* Managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters from instruction through to settlement Handling a variety of personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, and public liability matters Advising clients clearly and sensitively throughout the claims process Drafting correspondence, legal documentation, and settlement agreements Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties Preparing cases for litigation where required Delivering practical, client-focused legal advice Working closely with colleagues to maintain a high standard of client service

Key Responsibilities

* Running a varied personal injury caseload independently Advising clients on liability, quantum, and settlement options Managing claims in accordance with relevant protocols and procedures Drafting legal documents and correspondence Negotiating settlements with insurers and other parties Preparing cases for litigation where necessary Maintaining accurate file management and compliance standards Achieving fee-earning targets and contributing to departmental performance
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent client service. You will have:

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury law Experience managing claimant personal injury cases independently Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures and claims processes Excellent client care and communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Attention to detail when managing complex claims Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines Commercial awareness and commitment to achieving targets A collaborative and positive team-focused approach
