About the Role You'll be the go-to person for all things occupational health, balancing the essential compliance side with a more proactive approach to wellbeing and engagement. Day-to-day, you'll cover: Health surveillance, such as audiometry, lung function, and other statutory checks Pre-employment and return-to-work medicals Absence management and advice to managers Health promotion and wellbeing initiatives - from awareness days to campaign launches Collaboration with HR and HSE to ensure a joined-up approach to people and safety About You You'll be a qualified clinician - Occupational Health Nurse, Advisor or Practitioner - ideally NMC registered and maintaining your CPD. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or food production environment would be an advantage, but we're open to other fast-paced sectors too.
