Job Role: Technical Support Admin in Dungannon
Our client, a leading Manufacturing company in Dungannon, are require a Technical Support Admin Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Warranty Team Lead, the Technical Support Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of the Technical Support Department including scheduling, invoicing and dealer support.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Coordinate the upload of credit information from finance onto dealers’ claims
* Review and upload of risk assessments and service reports onto warranty systems
* Assess and approve any online commissioning forms so that the system is accurate regarding time in service of equipment
* Update the product detail information on the online warranty system.
* Receive credit note information from finance and upload to warranty system
* Provide Excel reports from Warranty and Service data to Quality and Engineering meetings or for occasional projects as required
* Work with online systems used for machine tracking to produce reports
* Create and administer PO’s
* Complete monthly data packs and quality board packs
* Monitor and advise on Health and Safety Roadmaps for the department
Experience & Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* GCSE English and Maths
* Computer Literate – Able to use Microsoft Office systems especially Excel
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Previous experience in an administration environment
Desirable
* Degree educated
* Experience in a Technical or Engineering Environment
* Health and Safety Qualification
* Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
