Location: East Grinstead & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale – M1 to UPS3 or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 teachers to join our supply team in East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. Each placement offers a new classroom, new pupils and fresh opportunities to make a meaningful impact in early primary education.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging lessons across Year 1 and Year 2
* Supporting pupils with early literacy, numeracy and phonics
* Creating a positive, nurturing and well‑managed learning environment
* Adapting quickly to different schools, routines and class abilities
* Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupil wellbeing
* Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies
What We’re Looking For
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching KS1 in primary settings
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics frameworks
* Confident classroom management and a proactive approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Someone reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic about teaching
