Director of Residential Life Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Residential Life is a key member of the school s Administrative Team in overseeing the residential life program. Responsibilities Supervision of full-time Assistant Director of Residential Life Hiring, supervision, and professional development of dormitory parents Manage dormitory facilities Organize student dormitory housing assignments Lead the overall planning and management of the Residential Life Program Oversee the dormitory policies and procedures Coordinating weekend and vacation sign-outs Overseeing arrival and departure transportation Use REACH software Collaborate with Dean of Student Life for any residential discipline infractions Organize and promote weekend activities Create Administrator on duty schedule Create faculty duty weekend schedule Administrator on Duty phone every other week and every fourth weekend Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of School Other This position does not include dormitory parenting responsibilities. On-campus housing is available.
